Procedure for Reviewing Requests for Information from Individuals and Legal Entities
A request for information on the activities of public authorities and administration (hereinafter referred to as the "request") is a requirement by an information user in oral or written form (including in the form of an electronic document), submitted to public authorities and administration and/or their officials, for the provision of information on the activities of these authorities.
An information user's request must be reviewed within no more than fifteen days from the date of its registration. A request from a mass media outlet for information on the activities of the Central Bank, as well as for organizing interviews with officials, must be reviewed within no more than seven days.
